
Samsung social media charge.
Before moving to the Loomis Labs, my last project was a full team surge to super-charge Samsung’s social media outreach. We spent about 11 months from design to deploy pushing out this fully loaded site offering a bit of everything. I worked with 2 other Flash developers to coordinate an application that would tap Twitter, Google Maps, Facebook, Yelp, and Stubhub. The application identified a user by way of an algorithym that would analyze a Facebook profile, and decide if this user was Gamer, Technical Trendsetter, or Productive Powerhouse. Then, using that data, we served a profile with custom data and design by way of the users data set.
The primary engine running the CMS backend was Drupal, offering a robust administration set and a few custom modules to feed a game, and some slides.
