Trainr had been equated to the OpenTable for finding and booking a personal trainer. The application allowed users to locate trainers of any fitness type in the area of their choice. Once the results were found, users could peruse the list of trainers and read profile information such as testimonials, images, availability, and booking prices. Trainers accessed their personal profiles and provided real time updates about themselves through the administrative dashboard. Built with Ruby on Rails to support a front end driven by Angular JS.

Trainr.com eventually sold and is currently an online magazine for training.
